You are a school or an association

As an art or photography school, or as a photography association, you can negotiate preferential rates for your students, teachers or members.
To do so, contact us via our contact form or write to serviceclient@PictoOnline.fr with the subject line:
Partnership with PICTO Online.
The partner school or association agrees to appoint a contact person who will approve requests from students, teachers or members, and who will check that each holder of an active account complies with the partnership charter.
Once the partnership is established, new users will be able to select your institution from the menu on the registration page.

You are a student or a member of an association

If your school or the association you belong to has a partnership with Picto, you can benefit from preferential rates.

To open your Picto Online account and enjoy the partner benefits:

• Create your account here
  • Select the profile that applies to you: student or association member.
  • Select your institution from the "Institution name" menu.
• Students should then enter their expected graduation date, or the membership expiry date, in the "Leaving date" field.  
  • - This will allow us to support you as you enter the workforce if you are a student.
• Finally, fill in the remaining fields and submit.
  • - Once your account has been created and activated, you can use it right away, but it does not yet give you access to discounts.
  • - For that, your account must be approved by the contact person.
• The contact person at your school or association must now approve your application.
  • - The response time depends on how quickly the contact person responds.
  • - When your application is accepted, you will immediately receive a notification email.
  • - The discount is active from this point on.
  • - If the contact person rejects your application, you will be notified by email and the approval process ends there.
    You can still use your Picto Online account, but without the negotiated benefits.
  • - If you wish to dispute the decision, please contact your school or association directly.
    PICTO has no authority over the appointed contact persons.

If you already have a Picto Online account and want to use the same email address to benefit from this partner offer, please send a request to delete your existing account to serviceclient@PictoOnline.fr.
Once the deletion has been confirmed, you can create a new account by following the procedure.
NB: if you have another email address you can use, there is no need to delete your existing account (along with your order history); you can create a second account linked to this new email address by following the procedure.
