Thanks to this printing process, your images are printed directly onto the Dibond panel — available in 2 or 3 mm thicknesses — for a result of remarkable precision and sharpness.

The white and perfectly smooth surface of the Dibond provides the ideal backdrop to showcase your images: lightweight, ultra-rigid and incredibly durable, it owes its qualities to its sandwich construction — two aluminium sheets encasing a black polyethylene core for optimum strength.

For an even more distinctive finish, opt for our brushed aluminium finish: a particularly striking choice for your black and white graphic images or your vibrantly coloured visuals, which gain in character and depth.

Designed to last, prints directly onto Dibond offer extreme durability: they are equally suited to demanding environments — kitchens, bathrooms — as well as outdoor use, without deteriorating over time.

Our Dibond Printing Service

This flatbed printing process allows us to print directly onto a Dibond panel with a white or brushed aluminium finish. The inks are cured and bonded to the substrate using UV light.

Printing on White

Dibond
One of the two Dibond sheets consists of a flat, white-coated surface that is particularly smooth, allowing for photographic-quality printing thanks to new ink printing technologies.

Printing on Brushed

Aluminium Dibond Other types of Dibond panels feature a brushed aluminium surface, on which high-quality printing is also possible. The aluminium material, with its metallic sheen, allows you to create original graphic effects by playing with the brushed texture.
To make the finish even more distinctive, the white areas (zero value) of your image are not printed, allowing the aluminium texture to show through.

New! You can now choose the direction of the brushed finish, horizontal or vertical, when setting up your print on Brushed Aluminium Dibond.

On the back, you can opt for a recessed frame, set 5 cm inwards, or a flush frame, running along the edge of the aluminium panel for a ‘picture’ effect.
We also offer hanging rails that give the same finish as the recessed frame, or one or two metal fasteners glued in place by us.

The Rigid Printing Process

Rigid printing is a highly innovative, high-quality printing process that applies ink directly to a rigid substrate.

This state-of-the-art process allows printing directly onto a wide variety of rigid substrates such as Dibond, Plexiglas, Carton Plume or PVC.

The inks are cured and bonded to the substrate using UV light, offering excellent durability when displayed both indoors and outdoors.

Please do not confuse a photographic print mounted onto a rigid substrate (aluminium, Dibond, PVC or Carton Plume) with a rigid print produced directly onto a substrate (Dibond, brushed aluminium Dibond, Plexiglas , acrylic glass, PVC or foam board).

Gamut Large Gamut Gamut is defined by the amplitude of the color space that a process can reproduce.
Resolution 300 DPI Resolution Resolution is expressed in DPI (Dot Per Inch), which is the number of pixels defined every 2.54cm.
Free size Free size This pictogram means that with this service, your prints and finishes are custom-made, in the format that you have freely defined.
Max width 205 cm Max width The width corresponds to the width of the paper roll used. This value can therefore correspond to the smallest side of your print or photo print.
Permanency Permanency The permanence of a process is its ability to resist the gradual fading of dyes or pigments on a given support, under specific exposure conditions: quality and quantity of light and humidity.
We classify permanence estimates from scientific research by stars.
1 star: 70 years, 2 stars: 110 years, 3 stars: 200 years, 4 stars: 280 years
